General Conduct

• Inappropriate language, gestures, or behavior will not be tolerated.

• All songs, music, costumes, and performances must be uplifting, appropriate, and child-friendly.

• Political or controversial content is strictly prohibited.

• Respect for all participants and their time is expected at all times.

• Derogatory or offensive comments or behavior will result in immediate disqualification.

• This is a community-centered event. Participants are encouraged to be supportive and encouraging to others.

Context and Expectations

• Please remember that this event is part of a Church Festival. All performances must reflect values of respect, positivity, and appropriateness.

Eligibility and Participation

• Participants under the age of 13 must have parental or guardian consent to enter.

• Each act is limited to a maximum duration of 3 minutes.

• All participants must arrive at least 1 hour before their category is scheduled to begin.

• A microphone and keyboard will be provided. Participants must bring any additional instruments required for their act.

Music and Equipment

• Participants are responsible for arranging their own backtracks (if needed).

• Backtracks must be submitted on time to the DJ before the start of the competition.

Entries and Deadlines

• The final date for entries is Monday, 25 August 2025.

• No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.

Judging and Compliance

• The organisers reserve the right to reject or disqualify any act or participant that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

• All decisions made by the judges are final and may not be contested.
